Assistant manager, HR & Admin (RM 4000-5000)

Requirements:
Female age 30-38.
Diploma or Degree in HR Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least relevant experience in a senior executive position.
Familiar with Malaysian Labour law and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Quickpay and well-vesed in MD Office applications.
Experience in revamping department and setting up office wil be anvantage.
Strong written and spoken English and BM. Ability to speak Chinese dialects will be an advantage.

Job scope:
To oversee all matters relating to HR and payroll management and administration.
Oversee all matters ralating to office administration, operations and maintenance.
To provide support in motivating , training, guiding and counselling of subordinates.
To assist in review, development and implenmentation of systems, procedures and processes to improve the operational efficiency of the department. 

Salary: RM 4000-5000
