Company industry: Enterprise contact centre solution provider and consulting services. Location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week)
Requirements: Male/Female.
Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
5-8 years of related technical professional work experience with at least 2 years in Voice Recording/Quality Monitoring/Workforce Management systems.
Experience in Telecommunication or Computer Telephony field especially in implementing PABX and IP Telepnony is hingly desirable.
Technicial knowledge of Voice Recording/Quality Monitoring/Workforce Management systems is a must.
Technical knowledge of Windoews,Lunux, Unix operating systems, client server technology and web-based system is essentail.
Programming experience with C/C++, Java, VB is essential.
Job scope: Manage or lead project implementation of Voice Recording/Quality Monitoring/Worceforce Management system.
Perform role as Project Manager or Team Leader in project implementation.
To provide technical support and consulting.
Salary: RM 5000-7000
