Company industry: Regional distributor of Workforce Optimazation solution and consulting services. Location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week)
Requirements: Male/Female with good communication skills in English.
Diploma/Degree in Telecommunication/IT Engineering//Computer Science.
1-3 years of related technical professional work experience.
Experience in the Telecommunication or Computer Telephony field especially in implementing PABX and IP Telephony is highly desirable.
Technical knowledge of database (SQL,Oracle,etc) integration and troubleshooting would be preferred.
Technical knowledge of Windows,Linux and Unix operating systems, client server technology and web-based system has an added advantage.
Job scope: Responsible for support and maintenance of all new and existing Voice Recording/Quality Monitoring/Workforce Management systems.
Involved as a team player in project documentation of all Voice REcording/Quality Monitoring Management systems.
Conduct basic user training.
Salary: RM 2500-4000
