Requirements: Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
8 years of experience in ICT with at least 3 years in field operation.
Good knowledge of IT hardware, software and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and good customer handling skills.
good people management skills and able to lead a team of field service engineers.
Job scope: Manage a team of service engineers.
Ensure ICT services are provided in most efficient manner.
Salary: RM 6000-7000.
